Elizabeth began her career as a criminal defence lawyer after completing a double degree in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide, but soon developed a keen interest in Family Law and related matters.
The focus of Elizabeth’s practice is helping her clients to settle matrimonial and de facto disputes. Elizabeth strives to advance her client's matters as cost effectively and amicably as possible for the benefit of the parties and in the best interests of their children without the need to resort to litigation. Her clients can expect to receive prompt and friendly service.
Elizabeth is fluent in the Russian Language. She has been a member of the Law Society of South Australia since her admission, and previously served as a member of the Society’s Family Law Committee from 2008 to 2012.
Elizabeth is happy to speak with individuals who are experiencing relationship problems on a no obligation basis to discuss their matter further. Her clients can count on her to represent them in an efficient and cost effective manner.
NATASHA TEMNOFF
Natasha was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Adelaide.
In 2017, Natasha joined the Law Offices of Elizabeth Temnoff as a Family Law Clerk, where she gained experience in property settlements, parenting matters, and divorce.
Upon being admitted to practice, Natasha moved to New York and began working at a Special Education Law Firm in Manhattan which represents families of children with special needs and pursues the rights and protections to which they are entitled. Natasha provided essential litigation support to the attorneys.
Having recently returned to Australia, Natasha has rejoined the Law Offices of Elizabeth Temnoff.
